These terms govern your use of Data9ja ("we", "our", "the platform") available at data9ja.site. By creating an account or funding your wallet, you agree to these terms.
Data9ja provides access to purchase airtime, data bundles, cable TV subscriptions, electricity tokens and exam pins using a prepaid wallet balance. We act as an intermediary between you and the relevant network operators, cable providers, electricity distribution companies and exam bodies.
Your wallet is funded via our supported payment provider(s). A deposit is only credited to your wallet once it has been verified server-side — a payment redirect alone does not guarantee credit. Purchases are debited from your wallet balance immediately upon successful order placement.
If a purchase fails after your wallet has been debited, the amount will be reversed to your wallet. Refunds to your original payment method, where applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis by contacting support with your transaction reference.
Accounts upgraded to reseller/agent tier receive discounted pricing intended for resale to your own customers. Abuse of reseller pricing (including but not limited to bulk fraudulent purchases) may result in account suspension.
You may not use Data9ja for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts showing suspicious activity, pending investigation.
While we aim for instant, reliable delivery, delays outside our control (network operator outages, provider downtime) may occasionally occur. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from such delays.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
